Hebei Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd Singed a joint restructuring agreements with five new private steel enterprises
under "share progressive integration" model. They are Hebei JingYe Steel Group,Tnagshan Songjing,Xingtai Longhai
Steel Group Co.,Ltd, HEBEI JITAI SPECIAL SHAPED STEEL GROUP CO.,LTD .
Under the partnership agreement, Hebei Iron and Steel Group will provide management and technology consulting
services, purchasing and marketing channels and other resources invested to the aforementioned five private
enterprises and re_registered the new company, Hebei Iron and Steel Group respectively hold 10 % shares of these
new companies. In this way, the new capacity of HBIS will be more than 10 million tons, total capacity will be more
than 60 million tons.
