Under ABS classification society,ABS Grade D and ABS Grade E are both common strength steel plate for shipbuilding and ship repairs.These two shipbuilding steel ABS Grade D and ABS Grade E both owned minimum yield strength at 235 Mpa,and tensile strength among 400-520 Mpa.The difference between ship steel plate ABS Grade D and ship steel plate ABS Grade E is the temperature when doning low impacting test.ABS Grade D has to be under minus 20 centigree and ABS Grade E should be under minus 40 centigree.For ABS Grade D,the steel mark on our steel plate is AB/D,and ABS Grade E steel mark is AB/E.
