China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) issued a monthly report which predicts that the overall steel market situation

of supply exceeded demand,so it ahll be difficult to sustain a substantial rise for the steel price.And the late steel 

market is expected to run a fluctuating trend sequentially.

CISA said the recent market rebound in steel prices owning to the continued growth in demand and improved 

relationships between demand and supply; The Steel enterprises should pay attention to the adjustment of product

structure  and effective capacity, adjust the prices reasonably, maintain a relatively smooth steel market.
