Weathering steel plate S355J2W with the minimum yield strength at 355 Mpa for the plate thickness belows 16mm,for the thickeness above 16mm,the minimum yield strength at 345 Mpa.Weathering steel plate S355J2W have to be done low temperature impacting test at minus 20 centi degree,the impacting energy normally at 27 J on Longitudinal direction.Also the impacting values shall be verified if agreed at the time of the order.For the welding of weather resistant steel plate S355J2W,before welding, any surface layer which has already been formed should be removed to a distance of 10 mm to 20 mm from the joint edges.Special precautions should be taken when welding steel grades S355J0WP and S355J2WP with a high phosphorus content.

YUSHENG steel group would like to accept the third party inspection for these weathering resistance steel plates and sheets,for steel grade S355J2W,steel grade S355J2WP,steel plate S235J2W,steel grade S355J0W,steel grade S355J0WP.The normally third party shall be BV,TUV,DNV,ABS,CCS and other international third parties.
