Pressure vessel and nuclear steel plate and sheet SA533 Grade A,SA533 Grade B,SA533 Grade C,SA533 Grade D shall be adding certain percentage Mn-Mo and Mn-Mo-Ni when rolling.All these boiler steel plates shall be done heat treatment under Queching and Tempering.In standard ASTM,there are the relative steel grades A533 Grade A,A533 Grade B,A533 Grade C and A533 Grade D,they are totally the same in chemical composition and mechincal properity accordingly.According to the different tensile strength,each grades has contained three Classes,such as A533 Grade A,has devided as A533 Grade A class 1,A533 Gr A cl2,A533 Gr A cl3.Boiler steel plate SA533 Grade A cl1 owned tensile strength within 550 to 690 Mpa,steel plate SA533 Grade A Cl 2 owned within 620 to 795 Mpa,and pressure vessel steel plate SA533 Grade A CLASS 3 owned the highest tensile strength within 690 to 860 Mpa.

Yuheng engineers suggest that customers adopt Ultrasonic test according to ASTM A 435/A 435M OR ASTM A 578/A 578 M,and also choosing which level do you need actually,such Level A,Level B and Level C.Else Tension test and requests shall be indicated in their purchasing order clearly for the end users for these steel grades SA533 Grade A,SA533 Grade B,SA533 Grade C and SA533 Grade D.
