P355NL1 and P355NL2 steel plate under standard EN 10028_3 is for building boilers and pressure
vessels by end user.All these plates shall be under Normalized delivery condition.P355NL1 do
low temperature quality impact test at minus 40,and P355NL2 shall be done test under special
low temperature quality at minus 50.
For these two steel grades P355NL1 and P355NL2,the additional technical requirements shall be
contained with PWHT and NACE.PWHT is short for Simulated Post Welded Heat Treatment.When c
ustomers require this technicals,they have to indicate the details of how to do this test,such
as the time of this treatment,how many circles,the lasting temperature for each circle and so
on.About the tech of NACE,it included two tests,HIC and SSCC.End user also have to indicate
the details of their request of these two tests when order to Yusheng steel.
