according to A20/A20M and ASTM A517/A517M.Specification A20/A20M also establishes the rules for the ordering
information which shall be complied with when purchasing materials to this standard.
When exporting these high yield alloy steel plates A517 Grade E and A517 Grade F,the customs HS code shall be
7225400000 owning to these plates contians such alloy chemical elements.Generally the Carbon steel plates should
be clearance as HS CODE 7208900000.They are a little different.For these higher steel Grade A517 series,YUSHENG
