Heat treatment: Thickness equal and below 40mm,steel plates shall be under As rolled or Normalized if customers requried.Thichness above 40mm,steel plates must be under Normalized delivery condition.
Relative ASTM standards:A 20/A 20M Specification for general requirements for steel plates for pressure vessels.A 435/A 435M Specification for straight-beam ultrasonic examination of steel plates.A 577/A 577M Specification for ultrasonice angle-beam examination of steel plates.A 578/A 578M Specification for straight-beam ultrasonic examination of plain and clad steel plates for special applications.
Original Mill Test Certificates shall be provided for customers's tracking and quality guarantee.Please see the chemical composition tables in rolling accordingly to A 204/A 204M:
